No doubt that DMCA would come from some assets he used. The backgrounds, as one mentioned before, were nothing more than images from a Google search that went through some alterations.
Oh, that reminds me. In, um... protest, Klace has responded by making his game demo the fully updated version.

Besides I remember seeing that the game would upload monthly episodes till the end of this year. It's already March, were they released or is this becoming an unsuprising vaporware?

Boldy and I did tag-team reviews of some of Chloe Sagal and Rani's games whilst the tranny twosome were having meltdowns galore.
Considering the monthly thing, saying it'd be vaporware means Klace would actually have something to show besides screenshots such as say a video of part 2. Either way, it's a major disappointment for him to get a DMCA and the number of people disappointed in there being no new releases will be minor unless Klace had legit fans and not sockpuppets and friends trying to shill the game as good.
Well, according to Klace, the game is currently up to chapter 3, with chapter 4 due out when the game's back up.
Now, I'm not one to defend furries, but I'll say that, assuming the game came out with chapter 1 in December, that 2 chapters in 3 months is pretty good.

You're forgetting that this game is in what, RPG maker? and uses all stock assets, as well as not having such things as "animated portraits" so literally all Klace has to do is ctrl+c ctrl+v the script of persona into it and he's good for a new chapter.
