I've got a semi related question, which sort of fits with
Bought a DVD copy of End of Evangelion at a convention. Those things are rare.

What's the rarest DVD/VHS/Blu-ray/physical watchable entertainment you know you own?

For me it's probably this Strong Bad Email's 50 Greatest Hits DVD, a Cyanide and Happiness KS bluray, or my Wakfu Kickstarter Blu-Ray (which is the only way to watch the show in HD without Netflix).

I dunno for sure I don't pay enough attention to the going rates. It's possibly some OOP Japanese set stuffed in a closet somewhere but off the top my head I know my sealed Melancholia DVDPrime Blu goes for a stupid amount on ebay when it pops up.

A two pack of the Miracle on 34th Street movies, though a month or so ago I spent 200 dollàrs at CEX. Found some great gems like the entire 60s Batman series, a 5 pack of good Hitchcock movie (The Birds, Psycho, Vertigo, The Rope, Rear Window), Being John Malkovich and The Big Lebowski in a weird two pack, and Hot Fuzz. CEX is the greatest if you've got 2 hours to browse through everything.

I raided the Criterion BluRay section of a local used media shop just now. I picked up Beyond the Valley of the Dolls, The Fantastic Mr. Fox and The 400 Blows. All of them great movies, but not when watched together.

The collectors' edition of Night is Short, Walk on Girl, which I purchased in late September this year. I never thought I would find myself buying an anime film, but I just couldn't help myself when I saw it.

The second-to-last time I bought films, I purchased the following movies:
After the Storm
Bad Education
The Chinese Botanist's Daughter
Heartbeats
The Magdalen Sisters
The Salesman
The Villainess

the last movie I bought was on DVD and a obscure one at that and only from Ebay
The Deli from 1997

basically the film is comedy and about a Deli with unique great characters from the employees, to the customers to even the mob. Think filmed in the suburbs or Jersey or New York. Film is similar to, Trees Lounge of 1996
Saw it by chance in the late 90s, always loved it and took me years to track down the film only on DVD and for a fair price.
and I only bought it cause I can't find a free download

but also have two more on my buy list, also no free downloads and obscure
The Last Big Thing from 1996
Gretchen from 2006
