I was going to say it's probably a tax scam company, but even then it would be listed under some sort of registry. Did leafy just make this up so he wouldn't be booted off for ban evasion?
Probably just a $50 Delaware LLC or something similar. The Weafy YT channel is in RedBloom LLC's name and Leafy is probably RedBloom LLC's sole proprietor. Since Leafy isn't the owner of the Weafy YT channel (technically speaking) it isn't really ban evasion. YT still reserves the right to ban the Weafy YT channel for any reason or no reason, but this kind of thing has worked in the past, so the Weafy channel might stay up.

Is complicated. Whether youtubers like to admit or not, Leafy is the forefather of commentary and his style has remained as inspiration for many creators.
Leafy was the last relic of an era in which we had a clear set of good guys and heels that kept things interesting and even though the sake of making money on the platform existed it was far from the desperation some youtubers now have of basing their whole livelihood on making online sheckles.
He was brash, edgy and antagonistic but in a way that somehow feels less staged than what we have today. People gravitated towards Leafy because he just looked like that normal fugly kid everyone either knew or was but making cash of the Internet.

Wonder how long it will be until the algorithm fully hides his channel and we instead get reuploads from other users trying to get views off his name. Plus I like that the avatar looks like Turkey Tom.

Leafy is openly money grubbing and said he would only return to video if he found it profitable again, which makes me wonder what 4D chess he has planned. Its clear that RedBlooms LLC is made by Leafy himself so any he's not making any money that he doesn't already have. He and Keem floated the idea of a spotify podcast together. I'm interested to see what Calvin has planned as the age of RedBlooms shows that he thought about this more then he initally lead on.
