You don't have to be religious to benefit from introducing restrictions and discipline into your daily lives for a month and a half, or to enjoy cultural yearly traditions when they come around

Oblique Orthodox Lent references aside, I should figure out how to pull off Lent while managing my diet. I'm already taking less than 50g of carbs, so as far as I can tell now, the only thing I'd be eating is a couple ounces of nuts/peanut butter per day.
