I’m just wondering what his sister (the one with the son) thinks after all this. It was Snake Thing who admitted to his family that he was into CP iirc, I don’t see how Snake Thing’s sister would leave him alone with her kid if she had even a hint that he was a pedo.
Honestly, she probably very naively thought that because they were blood her brother couldn’t possibly hurt them. Absolutely dead wrong. If Levi ever gets out of jail in one piece they best disown his ass for their mistake.

Some of you may know that my old man was an officer in the Department of Corrections. Even though he never worked in the prison, he had many friends and coworkers who did. A big part of life in prison, regardless of if you're an inmate or guard, is cooperation and respect. If you're an inmate who doesn't cooperate and disrespects the COs, you're gonna have a bad time. If you're a CO who treats the inmates like shit, you'd better not turn your back on them. If you're an inmate who is constantly causing problems for the other inmates, you're gonna be miserable.

If you're a new inmate who is in for something that could make you a target (chomo, rat, etc.) you're usually given two options: take your chances in genpop, or go into protective custody. Protective custody is usually the same as solitary confinement: you're in your cell 23hrs a day, no entertainment aside from books and magazines, and 1hr to exercise outside of your cell. Protective custody isn't guaranteed either, and even if you get it you aren't guaranteed safety. Your paperwork might get "misplaced" and you end up in genpop for a day or two. The COs might make a detour to the back side of the laundry room or workshop on your way to exercise, and you just might bump into some unhappy inmates. If you're really unpopular with the COs they may even arrange a special meeting between you and a lifer who has nothing to lose, but wouldn't mind some extra scratch for the commissary or a couple packs of smokes or a bottle of hooch.

If you choose genpop, you will most likely have someone come up and inform you that you have a certain amount of time to produce your papers. You might not get shivved or beaten to death right away. The other inmates might decide to draw things out for a while, along with passing your bitch-ass around like a joint at a hippie campfire. If you're lucky they either kill you right away, or cripple your ass so bad that you can no longer serve out the rest of your sentence at a normal prison. Of course, every prison is different. But for the most part pedos (especially chomos) are equally despised among both the inmates and the COs. Prisons have their own ecosystem and their own way of running things.

pretty much, if snake thing is able to keep his shit together and not be a galaxy brained autist (which is impossible for him) he would be fine. but because of his autism he is probably gonna be a fucking hassle to deal with in jail. like I said before, got watch Larry Lawton's videos. he was in prison for a while and pulled up guys paperwork and did the dirty work for gangs sometimes. now inb4 autism rating but hopefully he does get fucking murdered, I think we all agree here.

Also fuck you Levi, hope your anal muscles are strong cause you’re gonna need to keep that asshole puckered for quite a while lol.

Based on these options, I see him serving most of his sentence either in a ball of cum, or in the ground.

He likes murdering people and thought he belonged on a more secure wing because he was that bad a motherfucker. He wanted to get back there. Nobody likes chomos. He saw one who was pretty much taunting everyone in plain sight with what he was. Like he said, he decided to do everyone a favor while also doing something he likes. And then took out another because why not?

Someone who commits a double homicide that casually is probably where he belongs but his utility calculations are pretty top notch for someone in prison.

Unless he's suicidal enough to get put in gen pop or gets unlucky he probably lives. Most chomos do. If they all just got murdered there wouldn't be any need for those chomo colonies like Bulla was living in.

Isn't it a load of legal paperwork for inmates to wind up dead, I mean from the COs point of view

What you take as humanity is probabaly just a chance to kill boredom. There is utility in it, but not kindness.

Judging by the amount of writing in this thread just to send similar well wishing I'm sure a vigilant CO or 10 wouldn't mind filling out paperwork to inflict the punishment they belive is fair.

I must say I'm a tad bit skeptical that he'll actually serve the entire 25 years, no parole or not.

It's very common for people to get sentenced to 25 years (or more) but be released early because "he have good behavior uwu and said he sorry." You can brutally murder someone, get sentenced to 25, but get out after 8.

He was handed a sentence almost double the sentencing guidelines. It sends a very clear message that this is a scumfuck who should be shown no mercy. I am hopeful that he will serve most, if not all, of it.

yeah, you have to pull up a guys paperwork from the prison phones. specifically from the person of interests lawyer. it happens a lot when people try to enter prison gangs, sometimes you get killed for it.

I wonder what the judge or the jury said to him while he was being sentenced?

I hope he got one of those speeches where the judge is personally offended by his very existence and tells him what an absolute piece of shit he is before throwing the book at him, but he probably just read off the sentence and his reasoning, if he had to provide any for his upward departure from the guidelines sentence. If there's any chance of him not serving most of the full time it will be for the upward departure.

He'll probably be in some kind of protective custody and they're likely to send him to a facility with a wing for people like him. It doesn't look good if inmates get murdered on your watch even if they're shit like Levi. And they're actually reasonably good at keeping these fuckers alive, if not unraped, unbeaten, un-extorted, and un-other-bad-things. He has a pretty miserable future although he's (more likely than not) going to be alive for a while.

That said it only takes one mistake, or one "mistake" by a correctional officer who accidentally leaves him alone with that crazy lifer. . .

Just ask Father Geighan.

Oh you can't, someone did the literal Lord's Work on his ass.
