That's kinda what I'm wondering about all of this 'he's gonna get shanked and curbstomped' talk. I mean this guy is a total fucking degenerate and for all intents and purposes, that should be what happens to him. However, real life prisons are not like Oz or Prison Break. Shit happens, sure, but prison officials will try and curb that behavior as soon as they can because if guys are dying or fighting left and right in their prison, it isn't a good look and will probably get them fired if it continues. Prison is pretty much just a bunch of bored, frustrated men sitting around in a room watching PBS, reading, exercising or playing cards all day. Then they go back to their pod, make some bitchin' ramen noodles and beat off. Guys in there talk a lot of shit and steal from eachother all the time but nobody's really wanting to extend their bid by getting into further trouble in prison. Maximum security prisons with a lot of lifers are worse, but your average minimum security dormitory style prison isn't going to have that kind of shit going on and if it does happen, COs and higher-ups are gonna put a stop to it real quick. Chances are he'll be in Ad. Seg or a wing specifically for chomos, most likely he won't see a day in Gen. Pop.

That much said, I wouldn't doubt it if this asshole got his shit kicked in a couple times during his stay. Just look at the smirk on his face in his mugshot. Smarmy, degenerate douchebags aren't popular in prison and it'll probably only take a few days for somebody to get aggravated and wipe that stupid looking grin off of his face. If the feds got involved at any point with this case, or even if the law enforcement agency that investigated SnakeThing passed along some data to the feds, it's quite likely that all of his degenerate buddies are being watched like hawks now. Similar to how they got Jared Fogle, someone affiliated with Fogle's non-profit organization got raided and from the data they recovered from his equipment, they were able to find out that he was trading with Fogle.

Although I must admit I'm probably being optimistic about the competence of law enforcement. It's a bureaucratic mess and paperwork/evidence and other materials are always getting misplaced, lost or somebody is dragging their ass signing off on things. There's a good chance the people he conversed with about this shit all have eyes on them now though. I'll bet some of the fuckheads in the chat-logs are yanking hard drives and trying to relocate if they've heard this guy went down.

From what I’ve seen they’re just not arresting theft/fraud/misdemeanours. He’s already been charged so I’m 110% sure he’s not getting out. Only issue is prisons releasing prisoners, but I don’t think they’d let out anybody for anything but drug charges or other small charges. I don’t see them freeing a child predator.
