Not much of an anime fan but there are some on this list that I honestly do like.

Edit: Forgot to mention Durarara, Cowboy Bebop, Digimon, Monster Rancher, One Piece, Rave Master, Ragnarok ,Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei (Fun fact: It got it's own game which then lead to the birth of the SMT series), and Wizardry OVA (Anime based off the first Wizardry game. Series was popular enough in Japan to warrant an anime I guess). Didn't mention them the first time because I never seen much of them or I saw them a long time ago like most of the rest.
