you aren't thinking through what i'm saying. girls often become sexually active before they reach the age of consent. if they can demonstrate that they are responsible to practice safe sex, they can be granted license. besides protecting honestly innocent men who didn't know they were underage, it adds a layer of protection to girls who are not precociously promiscuous, the logic being that if they wanted it, they would have applied for a license.

i really don't disagree about that. i see a problem with precociously promiscuous girls and am offering a solution to that that i think adds a layer of protection to girls who are chaste. If they didn't apply for a license, it will be very difficult to mount a Lolita offense against a statutory rape charge.

You seem to be confused about what 'gender' is and what 'sex' is. Sex refers to what kind of gametes of only two types (large=female and small=male) a person produces and gender is just the stereotypical traits we associate with one sex or the other. It only requires two sexes to reproduce. Pretty sure you didn't read the extensive post on intersex women and men. If you truly were intersex, you'd have had the tests done and could show them to us. Trans tell people they are intersex because they think they'll get more sympathy. Intersex people are begging trans to stop co-opting their lived reality. Of course I doubt you'd be bothered by that.
