What ever sounded good at the time. Seriously, I'm a newbfag at this stuff, so it isn't really polished. What I have so far is that you start out rolling for "Autism Points". You then buy Characteristics and Skills with them.
Characteristics are __/4, and are things like "Tranny", "MRA", "Hygiene Issues", and other lolcow traits. These all have skills under them, and putting points into the trait raises all Skills under that trait by the number of points put into it. Like, if you put four autism points into "MRA", all Skills under it are increased by 4.
Skills are rated out of 20. A roll of d20 is used to determine success when using a skill. Get under your skill and you succeed. Get over it, and you fail.
Like I said, it's currently a rough draft, and could definitely use some editing by people who are more competent than me. I'll post the full "RuleBook 'o Fail" if anyone's interested.
Sounds awesome. I take it you create your own TRUE and HONEST lolcow. Will there be any supernatural elements?
Sure. If there are for all of the NPCs you interact with will be a completely different story however.
You can try to invoke them. And they'll work exactly as well as you'd expect.

Is this a pen and paper? I would factor in other elements such as feats/skills/saving throws. I/E Jace would have to make rolls to maintain his sanity during livestreams or else he ragequits after seeing too many dicks. Chris would have to make a saving throw to not get arrested for vandalizing hexbox/Sonic displays. You'd also have to make a roll to see how viral your video goes. Is it a boring video where Chris just rambles or is it a classic like "THIS IS MY HOUSE" or a total bomb like the Clyde Cash/WTC video.

I have something similar to a saving throw called "Chimpout". The idea is that when your heart level reaches zero, you need to roll against your ego to continue battling the trolls. If successful, you unleash a stream of shitposting on you next turn, and need to make another roll next turn, this time at a -2 disadvantage. This disadvantage increases every turn, until you inevitably give up.

You need to demoralize more demographics. There's not enough Michael Brown. Have you read the FATAL core rulebook more thoroughly? The list could probably stand to be a bit modernized, too.
Also, if your tabletop uses tokens, I would suggest refraining from using pizza rolls as tokens or the neckbeards may eat them all.
