Last year, we saw Christian Weston Chandler winning the title, beating Jace Connors in the final. Now will he defend that title for this summer edition? It's time to find out... right now!

1. How Do I Pick The Lolcows?
The main purpose is to filter all these lolcows to get 32 lolcows to a FIFA World Cup-lookalike main stage. We got so many lolcows, so how do we filter all these 1000+ lolcows to just 32?
First, I have to pick the lolcows. These lolcows must have the following things in order to participate in this tournament:
1. They have their own thread, and said thread must be last posted at least this New Year's. Of course, this also excludes the locked lolcow threads which are not even about lolcows, so if you got a thread on a 12-year old which got locked, sorry he's not in it. And for this time, there are no reply limits for said lolcow to be in this tournament. So even if the thread has 1 reply, yes, he's in! But of course good luck trying to get him to win.
2. Like the last tournament, no communities are allowed. So nope, no SlutHate, Wizardchan etc.
3. Lolcows which are proven to be trolls, actors etc. are not participating in this tournament unfortunately. Who are them? Sorry, this is secret.
4. Christian Weston Chandler automatically qualifies for the main stage. Nothing to say much for this part.
So these lolcows are finally filtered to a certain number based on the rules above. Of course, it's still not 32.
Lolcow Subforum: I got 218 lolcows which suit the qualities above. (110 of them have threads more than 50 replies, 78 to be more than 100.)
Loveshy Subforum: Only 18 lolcows. This includes Brian Peppers and MRZ which got their threads in the SlutHate Pedophiles Subforum, so you better suggest some which are not on this list!
Tumblr Subforum: 27 lolcows. This includes the Wolfie Blackheart thread which got locked.
GK/Enter Subforum: I don't know why I have to do this, but let's be fair to even the least liked subforum. I have to include 03bgood and AnimatedJames since they are from the Enter subforum, and I also have to include DrFanta, CartoonFreak666 and even NostalgiaJazzAdmirer, this makes it 24 lolcows. I included Golden Knight together with the Enter subforum since GK is not really active anymore.
So there will be qualifying rounds in order to filter these lolcows to 32! And this is where the fun starts....

Loveshy Subforum: 12 lower known loveshies/SlutHaters will be drawn into 3 groups. The loveshies/SlutHaters which got the most votes for each group will qualify for the qualifying round.

After we got these 32 lolcows, we finally get to simulate what it looks like in the FIFA World Cup. The 32 lolcows are drawn into 8 groups, each lolcow will face each other in a round-robin format. This will be left with 16 lolcows for the knock out round, eventually leading to the final!
