I was thinking of making an RPG/fantasy setting where all of the characters are exceptional individuals. Each of the cultures in the land of Lollcöv represent an internet subculture.
The king of Lollcöv is the Mad King Chandler, and its capital is Cwctowne.
Lollcöv is populated by many different races, such as the Fiddorha, stout all-male warriors who live in caves and the Sighywuh: Stout all-female warriors who hate the Fiddorha with a burning passion as do the Fiddorha. Older Fiddorha are able to use magical powers.
There is also the Church of Many Divisions, where each cleric serves the One True God, who ever He may be.
Across from the land of Lollcöv is the Isle of Phandomme, where there are different tribes (Braun-y, Gembraos, Wolf-folk, The Others etc) that commonly partake in raids.
Recently, aliens known as the Ki-wi-far'ms has been invading Lollcöv.
What races and cultures should I add? Is this an autistic idea or a really autistic idea?

The Knights of The Deagle.
A warrior society who uses their knowledge of magic and chemistry to grow the "Combat Pipe Weed" and manufacture their sacred firearms, The Deagles.
Bands of them, send out from the Home Base, scout the world, bringing truth and justice with them.

The Nipponeze. A strange group of people from the Eastern Isles, who dye their hair with strange colors, speak in an incomprehensible tongue, and wield mighty katanas and nunchakus.

The Fourth Reich. A tyrannical kingdom far to the south east, bent on destroying the "Jew World Order". They don't really define the Jew World Order as anything other than "people who are not us", and as such are in a constant state of war with anyone they contact. Their capital is the mighty stronghold of Sturmfont.
I like this idea. I've been trying to rally up a "Kiwi TRPG Night", so if you're thinking about putting together a campaign I'm in.

The Fiddorhas and the Sighywuh recently fought over the Battle for Ghamer's Gate. Sir Connors of the Knights of the Deagle tried intervening, but failed miserably.
Kengle is an advisor to the Mad King Chandler.
Vampires exist, but they are occupied with annoying the members of the Church of the Many Divisions.
There is also the mysterious Church of TJ, which is apparently immune to criticism.

Marjan is a fantasy enough name, right?
I was also thinking that instead of being aliens, the Ki-Wi-Far'ms could be an institution of higher learning, where the people there study the rest of the world. However, they attract less than desirable students.

So, should the City of Cwctown be the standard grimdark Sonichu setting?
The Mad King Chandlr watches his city from the high tower. The people cower in fear from his Sonichooper warriors. Sonichu's are the privileged class, enjoying the most supplies and privileges, while others struggle to survive. The sewers crawl with Sonee spawn, which feast on those foolish enough to venture into them. The King is paranoid, and citizens are constantly dragged away to labor camps for being "trolls", "jerks", and "homos", people Chandler believes are plotting against him. What little hope is left lies with the resistance, led the mysterious woman MaryLee Walsh, which Chandler claims is a demonic witch from hell.
The worst part?
Chris is right about everything. MaryLee Walsh, along with the other higherups in the resistance, is an avatar of a member of the "Outlanders", a race of things from outside our sphere of reality. Led by Count Graduan, who is a lower figure in Outlander society who wishes to raise his statue by acquiring a new world for his race to rule over, the resistance secretly plots to overthrow King Chandler and open a gateway to the Outlander's world. Most of the resistance is unaware of this, and are ordinary citizens tricked into serving the Outlanders. Chandler and the original Sonichus are aware of this, and the stress of keeping a race of demons from invading Lollcov has driven them partially insane. The Sonichooper Army that King Chandler breeds at his subjects expense? Those are thrown into The Deep Pits, a cave system that serves as a "weak point" between the demonic planes and Lollcov, and is called upon by Graduan to spawn gibbering horrors to set upon Cwctown. The Sonichu's and Sonee hordes constantly beat them back, and prevent a full invasion by creatures formed from the primal energy of The Deep Pits. The people hauled away really are plotting against King Chandler, knowingly or unknowingly.
Too cliched and grimderp?
I'd kind of like to go with something more fantasy like and original.

I want the Bron-y to be kinda like a horse nomad-type culture, where they have 2 horse gods and 6 horse messengers. They would paint their horses and view bestiality as another form of romance. They would be physically related to the Fiddorha, but have a more invasive/eurasian nomad type culture. Furries in this world are known as the Beastmen, and worship human/animal hybrids through shamanic ritual.
Otherkin are known as "The Others" and are beings that can change forms, although only when other people believe that they can.
The Blue People are an advanced society on the Isle of Phandomme, and they honor speed and creating monstrosities that are related to their god of speed.
The older you are, the more magic you possess. This is broken if you have had sex. Magic is found everywhere and extracted and exploited from.

Sir Phillip The Dark Sider is a self proclaimed knight who boasts of his knowledge of the combat arts. Seeing him in action proves this notion wrong as he once got knocked over in battle and yelled "Confound it all! I was blocking!"

If this was in the D&D 3.x then Fiddorha could be a five level prestige class. As they gain levels they get increasing penalties to charisma-based skills, while gaining bonuses to Knowledge (My Little Pony), Knowledge (vidya), and Knowledge (anime).

I dunno. I think the Bron-y would be an order of self-appointed paladins or monks that try to spread a message of love and acceptance. They make vows of celibacy and forgo such luxuries as bathing. They tend to carry around small horse-like effigies with a personal embroidery on the flank.

But the horselord culture sounds cool!

On the northern parts of Lollcov, the village of Cartun is ruled by the mysterious Duke Entar. Duke Entar is notorious for getting angered at children's folk tales. In the Book of Atroce'itys, he writes "Patrick the Starfish is a monster! He treats everyone horribly! In fact, he probably does all of it on purpose!". All those who try to tell them that he should not get so worked up about children's tales are executed on the spot.
