Dude, I've seen this guy around in some circles. Specifically in groups relating to a small game called OFF.
There was this official OFF fan discord created by some guy named James. I think they were friends because Sayteen was a mod pretty early in the group's creation.
Sayteen invited James into a smaller discord filled with his friends, but someone in the group got pissy because James had an icon of one of the Gorillaz characters and demanded that he change it because "they were abused by someone that liked Gorillaz." When James refused, the person bitched to Sayteen and then he started bitching about it. Eventually this resulted in Sayteen getting his mod powers revoked in the OFF discord which led to him denouncing the server and trying to write a callout on James.

James, rightfully so, banned Sayteen from the OFF discord.
Sayteen then followed up by making his own OFF discord with a ton of strict rules that threatened to ban and kick people for saying anything they don't like even if it's outside of the group chat. Him and his friends then went and spammed the creator of OFF because he was promoting the first discord, but that one was run by James so it was problematic and the new one had to be supported now because it was run by the RIGHT people.
This happened well over a year ago, but I find it hilarious that Sayteen made it a point to state that James was into futa porn and then he gets called out for the same shit in the future. At least James was honest about his gross kinks and didn't try to hide it because it's not sjw to like futa.

This guy is nuts, let me tell you. I've been inside his server and saw the shit he said on Tumblr. He was put in charge of PR (lol) for the English translation of OFF, and then threw a bitch fit on Tumblr when people were expressing negative opinions about some aspects of the new translation. No wonder he got kicked off the team.
His server was so authoritarian that you had to walk on eggshells or risk having a group of SJW crackpots all attack you over the most idiotic things. If you had a different opinion, you were problematic and would be banned. Most of his friends/admins ended up turning on him at some point, and the group was closed. Good riddance I say. My only regret is that I never got any screenshots of the whole ordeal.
To be honest, his kind isn't too uncommon in the OFF fandom. You think some random indie game that no one cares about would attract people who aren't raging Autists.

I honestly can't say if those fandoms are any better or worse. Though I am going to learn towards the former. If anything they are quiet and don't go out of their way to write call out posts or complain over stupid shit. Tumblr just ruins everything it touches.
