Did anyone clock the pillow lines on her face when she's about to go out to dinner. FFS, she had just woken up from what was presumably a nap...to go to dinner. Also, asking for encouragement and asspats for getting up and getting ready every day like a normal fucking adult...gorl. Come on.

Also LOL @ her "calling nutritionists". She obviously didn't do shit because all she has to do is call and say, "I want to make an appointment" and make one. There is no reason why anyone needs to call her back, or not answer, because you should be able to make an appointment as soon as you call ANYWHERE. Stop trying to make other people look like shit because you're a dirty, lazy, fuck. Everything she ate today was processed garbage, but #lifestylechange yall.

Also didn't someone say in yesterday's thread that she misuses the term "nutritionist" and should use "dietitian" instead? Well I guess this video 100% confirms that she reads here lmfao. Day 1 of the new weight loss plan and AL still can't stop going to Texas Roadhouse. So much for not going out to eat anymore.
Becky was SO uncomfortable when AL was complimenting her. I honestly cannot wait for the break-up, their chemistry is so non-existent it's physically painful to watch.
I'm going to be honest though, I feel like the plan ~could~ work for AL. It allows her to eat quite a lot and pretty much all the time lol so maybe if she develops a shred of self-discipline, it could be successful? Probably not, but technically it's not a bad idea.

she is making every forced, bullshit effort she can to address all of the issues we are bringing up here, as well as the ones in the comments. it’s very obvious. the protracted scene of her trying to encourage Becky’s art was painfully forced. and it was clear how emotionally fucked Becky is in that moment.

She was heaping on the Becky praise mainly because we were talking about how much she demeans Becky. Remember her other art project that AL just had to let us know was copied from something else instead of just complimenting her girlfriend on doing a nice job? She DEFINITELY reads here.
Good lord. She is in way worse shape than the last time I sat through her videos. Whoever said something about jaundice due to liver failure is probably right. She is so yellow! And her complexion is dull, like a corpse almost, with no discernible glow - not even the sweat that fat people have. Our gorl is literally a living corpse that is bloating from the inside.
