Imagine living just outside of a rich city in one of the richer countries in the world, and explaining to someone that lives in fucking India of all places about what being in a third world country is like. How little self awareness can one guy have? Yeah so third world with his gaming PC, 100 other devices, expensive fast food and furry porn.
Very much this. Notice when he attacks a woman for whatever random reason he will happily drop every insult he can think of under the sun. Men or people he assumes are men he just gives the usual insults to, but a woman is a whore, a cow, a bitch, and any other gobbet he can fling. Although I do find the Karen insults funny since he always invokes that potato salad insult, because if Louis has a fear of anything, it's salad.
That's the thing about Louis. He's so egocentric that he can't fathom anyone having it worse than him as he "suffers" from a ridiculously lax lifestyle of grifting, mooching, and picking fights at random. I can practically guarantee that he genuinely thinks he got the short end of the stick compared to everyone else, including this female doctor from India, he just doesn't say so because he's been lambasted for doing it before like a trained dog.
