For any other curious kiwis, this is the person's work (and conveniently, a comparison of their lines versus their color). Seeing this right next to Lou's super inept coloring of possibly the shittiest piece of Gneech's lines is... magical.


The disparity between this person and Lou is so big that I'm like 99% sure this was more someone having a laugh than a genuine inquiry, but either way the knowledge that Lou is using THAT picture of all things to advertise his coloring skills is #worthit. I salute you, random twitter person, nice art too.

It would be thrown out, an absolute waste of time that takes away from the more important cases. We want people to make as many calls as they need to be able to report, but there are a lot of time wasters. There are certain criteria and two categories of Abuse/Neglect, so you have to add up the "points" and make a decision from there. The power going out for a few days qualifies as neither. It qualifies as entitlement.
