Sustained Denial of Service attacks. Paid for botnet. Service will continue to be disrupted until I can contact other providers and arrange a fix. Honestly, even if the government were to check him out and find nothing worth pursuing, I think the stress on Lou during would be funny enough to be worth it.

This would be major gayops so don’t do it but if somebody sent him like $200 or some other significant sum stating it was to be used for food, and then he went and bought “wants” with what was left over, they could file a charge back on him after he blew it all on toys and video games and then he’d have to pay it all back after PayPal deducts the original amount from his balance.
That’s really the only way I can see doing anything about him defrauding people. PayPal doesn’t really have a way to report that shit directly unless it’s unauthorized payments. Though if they got feds asking for records and found out he was using PayPal to scam people his account would probably be frozen. I don’t know how all that works so don’t quote me though.
