I still lean towards it being him. It's not hard to register for any random cock.li email and send something to yourself, and money always comes into it when he responds to the theoretical troll. He's either been complaining about donations being low that day or he mentions his paypal directly in response. I'll confidently say these are fake emails. There's so many discrepancies with them. Why is Louis so happy to receive these emails, but is thrown into a terrified stupor if somebody calls him a mean name on Twitter? Why do all these mysterious trolls have the same writing style? Are they all the same person? Because if they are, and they happily select the cock.li address which use racial slurs, why would they take umbrage with Louis pretending to be a "brown woman" on the internet? If anything, they would use that fact to insult Louis. Furthermore, I highly doubt a person who selected the fake email of "hitler.rocks" would refer to a "brown woman" as such instead of a variety of colorful vocabulary words which readily come to mind. If it really is a genuine troll, this is the most pathetic trolling I've seen in a long time, because this level of insistent pestering is almost as laughably pitiful as Louis's behavior.

As someone who keeps their email open constantly, the only way I've ever caught a "sent seconds ago" email is if I was already in the inbox when it arrived. Even Gmail's desktop alerts can come through delayed. Lou is anticipating these emails coming in, to get screenshots that fast.

I was hesitant about considering that Lou would send himself fake emails, but these do seem to be too much of a coincidence, however everything kinda does point to him doing it to himself at this point. Whoever was chastising Lou for pretending to be Palestinian on the internet seems to have done what any normal person would do: just move on, not worth their time. Lou thinks that people will somehow believe this person that cares about Palestine and weapons manufacturing would for some reason go and register an email account with hitler.rocks as the url? No, Lou. If some regular fucking person has that much of an issue, they just make a fake gmail or something. The person that you claim sent you that wouldn't even have access to your email address without a little bit of digging.
Re: the 0 minutes ago receipts - You have to be ready and waiting to receive an email to show that. Considering that's the gmail web client, it automatically updates the times. If you aren't looking at the email within a literal 60 seconds of receiving it, it doesn't say 0 minutes ago.
Another thing that more so points to this being his own doing is what someone else pointed out: Trying to look good and coincidentally using it as an attempt to beg for money. "Hey guys spite this person by giving me your money!!" Jesus fuck if anyone actually falls for that, they're dumber than Lou here. Oh god, so I was going back to the earlier picture of The Toe because I wanted to check which foot it had been on to see if this was the same foot, and I just noticed something horrifying.

That's a toenail up top (the aforementioned toenail, at that), so that's not the bottom of the toe. That's the TOP. And if that's supposed to be the big toe, and the toenail looks that small, that toe is fucking ENORMOUS here. Like, super mega swollen. Not really a surprise if his toenail managed to go from looking normal to 'turning green and falling off' in about five days but it just kind of puts in perspective just how much.

So, I'm almost 100% certain that's his right, pinky toe. There are no toes to the right of it that are visible but there is more flesh to the left. The only way it isn't is if it's his pinky toe on his left foot which was just flipped. Either way, no, not the same toe.
