Personally, I believe Lou could definitely have some kind of autism, but a lot of his behaviour could easily just be caused by poor upbringing/socialisation. It's hard to tell the actual extent of his autism because of the internet- we only see part of his behaviour, albeit maybe the worst of it, but still only part of it nonetheless. He obviously wants to come across as some poor, disadvantaged transwoman but his appearance doesn't match up to that. He claims to not have started his transition, which would be believable if he literally just shaved his face. All the time he keeps that fucking disgusting neckbeard defeats any credibility of that ship sailing. Lou doesn't claim to be non-binary or some kind of genderfluid, he claims he's a 100% transwoman. No woman I know wants to have a fullface beard- only those who are happy with 'playing with gender norms' or whatever they claim they're doing.

). Said risk is also relatively common in diabetic people afaik, so I sympathise with your current situation. If you're unaware of what Lou may be talking about btw, Glaucoma is more common in diabetics. It causes a build up of pressure in your eyes and can eventually lead to peripheral vision loss, causing tunnel vision. It's a pretty common eye condition afaik,
