AKA Black DSP. He hates being called "Black DSP" even though it's absolutely true. He loves to play the race card whenever possible. He claims his age is 27 or 28 but his actual age is 32 or 33 as of now. He works at a Goodwill and may or may not have a criminal record (this is unconfirmed). Edit: thanks to @Dragoonism Dale was born sometime in November of 1984. As of 2020 that makes him 36.

Edit: he no longer works at Good Will. His current working status is unknown.
