Interesting read through this thread. Only thing I've seen of hers before was her streaming South Park Fractured But Whole. Honestly didn't mind her too much in that, she seemed a bit based which is refreshing (making fun of SJWs, trannies, BLM ect) but after reading through how much of a tard she actually is, glad I didn't invest too much of my time in her content.

Honestly, the chances of any anime company doing anything beyond flagging her videos on YouTube is highly unlikely, and Suzy is known for just counterclaiming them, and she obviously has someone at YouTube that is helping her with counterclaims and is processing them as if they were fair use which is why are her videos and her entire channel still active.
As for why no company is taking things outside of YouTube's shitty system and straight-up suing her ass, it's because it would be too much of a hassle for them to have such court case.
It would most likely be something that would be dragged on for years and would end up wasting too much time and money for the company especially since she is from the UK and not Japan.
Yes, she would most likely lose at the end and be ordered to pay all the costs but it seems she is still not on the level of infringing where any company would be ready to waste so much time on court case because while her videos are not under fair use, it's still not full uncut footage either.
