Ludgonious is split into two serials: LIU Atlas, a state-funded documentary series about the worlds around the Ludgonian Industrial Union Galaxy, hosted by the degenerate Terrance 'Doog' McDoogal and filmed by his long-suffering production crew. There's also a spinoff called LIU Revolution, about one man starting an uprising against the LIU and actually getting somewhere. All of it is meticulously and gloriously rendered in more Lego than I have seen in any web production since The Brick Testament, and shot in HD. Sadly, there's no video, just slides and dialogue between Doog and the people he interviews. The videos that are made are all behind the scenes stuff showing builds and the three men behind it all explaining how it's done. LIU Atlas is in its 9th season and shows no signs of stopping.
Next time you're bored or feeling nostalgic for the awesome Lego set you never had, go check it out. I'm up to season seven myself.
I would love to see an animated version of LIU Atlas, though. Every time I read Doog's lines, I keep hearing him in the voice of Lazlow Jones (of Grand Theft Auto fame).
