There's been a question of whether or not to ban a certain Incel Superhero. I wonder if we could somehow restrict marijan to a single thread, where only he can post. There's no ability to rate anything, he can't see how many people are watching, and can't see any other part of the forum.
I'm interested to see what he would do. Would he leave without any attention? Would he just continue shouting into the void? It would certainly be more interesting that just banning him.

I know some forum software has "shadowban" functionality by which you can ban someone without their knowledge. They'll be able to log in, post, rate posts, etc. but none of their interactions will actually effect the forum. Ratings won't actually be counted, posts won't be shown, PMs won't be sent, the user will just think they are. If Xenforo allows this, that's half the process done. Staff would just need to either manually move Marijan's posts or automate the process somehow. Marijan wouldn't know he's shouting into the void, he'll keep fighting the incel wars with the same fervor he always has.
Keeping others from posting in the thread could be more challenging. Maybe lock it and continuously move posts in or apply some kind of universal threadban?

Honestly imo if you engage in the LTC forum shoutmatches you should be able to handle Fuckbot without him triggering you too much. He's like the only Loveshy who keeps fighting back and people want to make him unable to post for no other real reason than that they can't restrain themselves from engaging him and letting him lose interest that way. If he's discrupting a thread with actual discussion, just report him and he can be threadbammed if need be. The problem isn't often Marjan, it's posts that keep telling him to fuck off into his own thread even if Marjan's post is on topic.

I think it's less that people are triggered by Fuckbot and more that they want some new, interesting way to fuck with him. People feel like he's gotten dull and are hoping that if things are changed up, he'll magically become interesting again. I don't know how I feel on the issue, but I think that's a fair summary of what it is.

He would continue to make sock puppets so he can post in other threads like he does now. He makes probably three or four alts a week because his main account is threadbanned from half the forums.
