I wonder if the brothers who were adopted have any knowledge of their biological family...I know the parents aren't allowed to contact them now but the adoptees can access their family history once they are an adult right? Imagine looking up the family you were taken from and you find amber...lmfao
Part of the reason amber was kicked out of her grandmas was because she kept bringing up the past, and meth momma didn't like it. Boo Kristine, you whore.
Amber SEEMS like the most sane of the bunch, but if she were a normal sized human, I'd say its more than likely she would have had a few run ins with the law herself.
This kind of logic is extremely difficult for adults who have unresolved, serious trauma from their childhoods. It could take decades of failed relationships and self-sabotage to get to the point of being open to re-living and resolving it. I'd be willing to bet if Amber had to choose between a week of starvation and a week of intense therapy where she had to talk about and go mentally/emotionally return to the time when she was a defenseless, confused child with parents who cared more about drugs and crime than their kids, amber would have a tough choice on her hands. She might even pick the week of starvation. While it is clear that with parents like them, Amber and her siblings' formative years were less than stellar. No wonder that the state removes them from the parents. However, what I can't understand is that Amber knows how terrible her childhood was but still does not want to go to therapy to resolve her issues. It is also clear that she will never be able to lose and maintain a healthy weight and be able to have healthy relationships with family and friends, including Becky, without such therapy.
Amber's not a sped. She's profoundly average. That's due to stupid genes, not being a drug baby. You could go back multiple generations on both sides of her family, and there probably isn't a three-digit IQ score to be found.A little off topic, but does anyone think there's signs in Amber that her mom was using during pregnancy? Like I know it fucks up some kids waaay more than others but it's an interesting thought. Maybe her slow mentulz or something I'm not a doctor.
I did. And there isn't.Amber's not a sped. She's profoundly average. That's due to stupid genes, not being a drug baby. You could go back multiple generations on both sides of her family, and there probably isn't a three-digit IQ score to be found.
She says in an old "facts about me" video that she was "born a drug baby". Aunt Tammy was asked about it when she used to post here and she said she hadn't heard anything about that.A little off topic, but does anyone think there's signs in Amber that her mom was using during pregnancy? Like I know it fucks up some kids waaay more than others but it's an interesting thought. Maybe her slow mentulz or something I'm not a doctor.
Amber said herself that she was born addicted to meth so yes her mom did use while pregnantA little off topic, but does anyone think there's signs in Amber that her mom was using during pregnancy? If you thought Kristine was bad, George James Reid Jr (DOB Sept 21, 1965) exemplifies everything about what it means to be a Reid; an aimlessly floating and endlessly gnashing black hole of consumption, entitlement, laziness, and of course, fat.
Again, long. Sorry. And enjoy!
As with Mommalynn's cases in Sonoma County, these can be found at their court lookup portal.

TL: DR, the cops visited the Reid household because fat George assaulted Kristine, and then assaulted the officer who arrived at the call. Don't worry too much, the officer that George assaulted now lives a happy and productive life. The part about the original call being about Kristine is purely speculative on my part, I happened to notice that she was sworn in as a witness to this hearing, and was cross examined by the defense and prosecution;08/13/2001 Plea

I hope you enjoyed this long gaze into the abyss.
Over the course of the next week or so I will be deep-diving into more of the Reid family business, of being useless wastes of oxygen and tax dollars. It's amazing that as useless and annoying as Amber is, she's probably the least fucked up in her family. Should still be eradicated though [in Minecraft].
Amber is the same way every fucked up thing she does should be forgotten since she is in a" better place now".Part of the reason amber was kicked out of her grandmas was because she kept bringing up the past, and meth momma didn't like it. Boo Kristine, you whore.
I think I remember a story about amber saving the baby when it was struggling to breathe, like it got caught in a blind cord or stuck on pillows or something but I remember she told some story that when she was little her parents were nodding out and the baby was freaking out and she went to check on it and had to save it somehow and the brother could have died so I don't think it was drugs during pregnancy that got baby brother taken, he was home for a bit. Maybe he was stuck between the matress and the wall? I don't remember just that the baby was struggling and could have died. There was a baby brother who was taken at birth and put into closed adoption, always wondered if she was high during pregnancy and thats why he was taken. Unsure if that lines up time wise with that child abuse charge.
I think this is the little brother who was not adopted out though. In one story she tells he had the blinds cord wrapped around his throat and was purple by the time she got to him and saved his life. My doubts are extremely high with any accuracy of this story or anything Amber says.I think I remember a story about amber saving the baby when it was struggling to breathe, like it got caught in a blind cord or stuck on pillows or something but I remember she told some story that when she was little her parents were nodding out and the baby was freaking out and she went to check on it and had to save it somehow and the brother could have died so I don't think it was drugs during pregnancy that got baby brother taken, he was home for a bit. It might very well be true and an everyday occurence at the Reid house. "Go check if your brother is purple, Amber! I'm busy being the world's best mom".I think this is the little brother who was not adopted out though. In one story she tells he had the blinds cord wrapped around his throat and was purple by the time she got to him and saved his life. Family is always the first option, but the state may have found them unfit to care for the children. Either because they were trash, or for other reasons like lack of resources, poor health, or suitable housing.Reading this I always wondered on something: if the state took Amberlynn and her siblings, why wouldn’t they be place into their grandmas care or why wouldn’t Aunt Tammie taken care of them? Wouldn’t it be easier to just keep them with other family members instead of the foster care system?
This is a far and wide a long shot but @Interventionist pls explain.Family is always the first option, but the state may have found them unfit to care for the children. Either because they were trash, or for other reasons like lack of resources, poor health, or suitable housing.
It's also possible that grandma and Tammie didn't want them.
I’m surprised they’re all grouped together like that.Oh fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck this bitch
