iirc Vee used to be a storyboard artist or cleanup artist (I can't remember but it probably isn't that important) for Helluva Boss before she got fired for Twitter Lolicon Art Drama or whatever the fuck, she's in like so many layers of drama and I'm sure this is better documented elsewhere but that's the gist of it.

what talent lmao they are literally too lazy to adjust the line taper and weight to actually make sense in the context of where the lines should thicken and thin. see how all his lines start off thin, get thick in the middle and taper off, they're likely using some vectorish lineart tool that automatically smooths out the lineart (hence why they only draw hideous blobby toddlers, the line smoothing only allows for large arcs so finer details get lost and why things look misshapen and swollen)

I don't watch Owl House at all but I thought the big appeal of this character was they were like some sort of bisexual tomboy. I just love how Manny added the usual big lips and just made her hair fluffier to make it better.
