The answer would be "No" unless his parents had a good rep and money, imo. No parents would betroth their daughter to a penniless git, it has to actually benefit in some way... Also considering that Nazi Germany had conscription even before WWII he probably would have been too busy with military service (unless he joined the the party because political party members were banned from joining the military) to be able to get married at 18 even if he wasn't subject to T4.
