If she created a new business email just for inquiries, there's genuinely no reason for her to have the spam filter on. Turn it off, set the order to first recieved instead of last recieved, and parse the header lines for things that look or sound sketchy. Direct chat inquiries to a different folder and address those first. Then your primary inbox. Again, USE TEMPLATES. Move fulfilled inquiries to a different folder. It's not rocket science, and 'oh your email must seem spammy to Gmail, sowwy' is not a satisfactory excuse. Anyone who's held down an actual job before in their lives and still several more that haven't already know this shit and not knowing isn't an excuse when learning and doing are well within her capability.
The REAL reason Facebook won't let her post her items is probably because her website has been marked as spam or a scam by multiple third-party sites and her security certificates drop whenever she forgets to make her shopify payment. Facebook definitely vets for that sort of thing, and any lapses in site security are definitely logged somewhere as suspicious. But good on her for making it out to be that Facebook is ~totes homophobic~ and not that the way she runs her business is hella sketchy.

IIRC, the "kids" she used to live with mentioned she would constantly order takeout instead of getting groceries with the money they were given from Marissa's grifting. So she's basically just eating shitty, making excuses for it "muh poorz lawl" (as if poor people can't watch their health without ballooning to 300+ lbs.), and all around likely feasting on tons of calories with nothing to show for it. I mean, she sits in her bed all day long or on her computer, gaining mass. I don't know shit about the medication she takes but I'm pretty sure as with her money, her weight is just another excuse.
