No different than the Jehovah's Witnesses, Harold Camping or all the other fundamentalist protestants and evangelical who think the world is going to end every few months. Of course it never materializes, but they always rake in a fair amount of money and fame from their failed predictions. Not sure why anyone would want to follow a failed prophet though. Not sure why anyone would want the world to end for that matter. I try to avoid dying. The big difference is I feel like McKenna would probably be more interesting to party with than Camping.
