It seems to revolve around this weird dog thing that talks to, and roleplays degenerate fantasies with his penis. Yes, his penis talks.

The following is what I saw while skimming through the time bar

Spoiler: Take a deep breath

1. The dog thing's dick asks to fuck a wall injuring its head
2. The dog thing considers raping a cow, until it praises him for his debauched stories
3. The dog has to get fucking circumcised because he tied a ribbon around his foreskin to make his dick shut up
4. The dog thing rapes something in a horse drawn buggy
5. The dog's dick just leaves him at the end.

I wish I could give out a plot, but other than what is mentioned in spoilers, and perhaps some things I missed this film was really dull. I might give this a proper viewing if I find myself with nothing better to do.
