With how often feds have been caught trying to groom people into committing crimes, especially lately, I am fairly confident in the fed theories on this one. If someone is this hell bent on his "mission" why does he just go shoot up a random store and not go somewhere where he knows there would be more blacks? I guess you could say he is just a retard, but I have seen people have shoot outs with the cops over 20 bucks worth of shit from a 7-11 so it all seems off to me

The problem with that is that it immediately removes his agency. An automatic assumption that this bad actor was not doing so of his free will. And it gets trotted out for every happening despite rarely ever being correct. People want explanations where someone is always in control. It is easier to imagine a puppetmaster than just some kook lone wolf.
