I think the most frustrating thing to me about this recent surge of Black on White and White on Black political violence is both African and White Americans have pretty much been fellow travelers on this American experiment since this country started being a going concern. If anything, the push of greater central government power and globalization is a threat to both communities. The current "political consensus" is opposed to the traditional culture, religion, and beliefs of both communities.
