His parents are full on Asian, Chinese specifically. In the video where he sings, you can hear them (I'm assuming it's them) in the background arguing in Chinese. But he probably only speaks English as the Chinese accent isn't that strong. He does have one, but I'm willing to go with it being his autism than an actual Chinese accent.

I agree, and also want to reiterate just how many hours are spent tweeting. That would be a huge time commitment just for a troll account. Especially, for someone that is just a fan of Phil, and not even a paypig, just some weird, sometimes angry tard.
