"See told police after his arrest that he saw the boy and waved, and “tried to fight back the thoughts of his sexual urges.” When the boy walked by a second time, See said he was unable to fight his urges and began to chase the child.

. . .Police also found a laptop computer See had in the woods when he encountered the child. When police analyzed the hard drive of the laptop, they discovered “multiple, multiple” files of child pornography".
