I can smell the projection from way over here. He's done this "joke" for so many years, in every single one of his dubs and videos.

Judging by how Max looks irl, the second video and the first two nerd characters apply to him immensely, especially when he was PimpinFishStix.

It's as if high school never ended for the guy, he's mentally still stuck in '09, he just dubs anime and cartoons of teenagers in high school to cope with the fact that he was never the cool wisemouth he tries to come off as, rather than the PimpinFishStix he was IRL.
None of what he makes is original, no character is a character, it's all just some jaded fatass hurtling towards 30 paying actors and taking anime footage to read shitty scripts lashing out at people like who he himself was 11 years ago and fantasizing about being one of the "cool kids" from a bygone era who never gave him the time of day, and still don't.
*This isn't even limited to his anime dubs, three of his most recent videos is just some actress he pays spouting off quips he wrote himself and believes 100%. Shit you'd see on his twitter and in dubs, but he clearly knows wouldn't have nearly as much punch as he thinks it does if it came out of his own mouth with his own face attached to it.
