McSpaghetti:
Country: The Philippines

This spaghetti was tried in Italy, the reaction was like: "this tastes like ass!" The USA was equally disinterested as well. But the Philippines loved it.

One reviewer said: "It tastes like spaghetti with ketchup".

Paneer Royale:
Country: India

This sandwhich is topped with paneer cheese, tomatoes, jalapeños, lettuce, and a cheese-and-onion sauce.

Shrimp Burger
Country: South Korea

A burger made with shrimp instead of a (processed) hamburger patty.

Used to be a page on the Internet that's now gone but copied verbatim to other blogs that described some unusual foods from around the world. The Kiwiburger in New Zealand is basically a Quarter Pounder Deluxe with Cheese (lettuce, tomato, cheese) but with a fried egg and slice of beet. Seems to have been a limited time offer, though it appears it was once on the permanent menu for a time.

Beet? Why a beet?

The Phillipines McDonald's also has a soup which is basically gravy and mushrooms, there's a categorically modified version just dumped over rice and a processed patty.

Last I visited, Poland treats McDonalds more gourmet than fast food, the stuff is served to you by a waiter and neatly organized in a basket. They still sell the McWrap there and the fries are potato wedges. I think they sold chicken tenders before America did too.

Looking at their menu now they’ve got Kit Kat McFlurries. Damn, those sound good.

Since Hindus don't eat beef, I guess a big mac in India is 100% shit, as opposed to the lackluster 20% shit only big macs served here in the US.

Had it in Finland. I liked it.

Finland also had sugar donuts and toffee McFlurries on their menu.
I've had enough different nugget sauces that I think I've got a decent idea of "XX but McNugget sauce version of it", it's like a UK-ish brown curry like thing, isn't it?

There's a couple of countries for religious/cultural reasons where they do a Burger King and actually flame grill the burgers, Israel is one and I believe there's a couple others. Same goes for the apple pies being fried sans the whole cultural thing.
