I haven't watch the first episode yet. Is it true that Loki is gender fluid or is it just SJWs being retarded?

I dunno, I don't think the MCU ever covered the whole "Turned into a Horse and got himself fucked" thing. Which is a shame because it would have been hilarious as fuck for Thor to bully the shit out of Loki for it.

In the comics he turns into a lady every so often. It's not "genderfluid" in the way Tumblr uses it, but in the most technical sense, he does "change genders". He didn't in the first episode, though.

That's what we've been told so far, they only want there to be 1 timeline because multiple timelines lead to war between the timelines.
But they also keep bringing up that there is a pre-planned series of events, pre-determined and dictated by the space lizards. The entire premise of the show is basically this. Loki was not suppose to pick up the tesseract because the space lizards did not dictate that it should happen, and by doing so a new timeline was created so Loki gets arrested by the time cops to be reset (a process they haven't exactly explained).
So it's just conjecture on my part. If the space lizard have said event A, B, C should occur but event X, Y, Z should not then there might be a reason behind it? If not, then the Thanos snap wouldn't be a problem because the Thanos span does not create multiple timelines, what would be a problem is the Avengers going back in time, so if the goal of the time cops was to only ensure a single timeline they should have arrested the Avengers in End Game, and sent them off to be processed by the ludicrously bureaucratic time cops. But they didn't because the Avengers time traveling was part of the plan (explicitly said in the episode) but Loki picking up a glowing box was not. Besides there is now two timelines at the end of End Game, at least, the original timeline where Captain America get's frozen and Peggy gets to die old and alone, and the new timeline where Cap goes back in time and secretly lives with Peggy and doesn't warn people about every single major disaster over the last 60 years (Hiroshima, Rwandan genocide, 9/11 etc.).

Now you're just overthinking it. If you think too hard about the MCU, you're gonna have a bad time. Plus it's only the first episode.

Supposedly it's in his case file, which appears on screen, but I guess you have to freeze frame to notice it. It's given less attention than that lesbo kiss in the last Star Wars movie. VPN to the Middle East and I'd bet that second isn't in that version.

I specifically hate that it's going into a direction where it basically confirms that all of the events in the MCU-- from the birth of Iron Man to the events of Infinity War/Endgame-- were predetermined by a group of "timeline gatekeeper lizard people."

To me, it makes the timeline of the MCU that we've been watching since 2008 seem pretty ... Small and insignificant.

Actually I rather enjoy overthinking things... particularly since the episode wasn't that interesting otherwise. Maybe because it's the first episode and so they felt the need to dump large amounts of exposition on us (since the TVA is a new concept), and even spend some time reminding us of who Loki was. Not sure how I feel about that though... I guess each work of media should be independent, but at the same time as someone whose watch the movies I found the whole lets get to know Loki thing a bit dull. I guess its useful for anyone new who doesn't want to sit through Thor 1, Avengers, Thor 2, Thor 3 and Avengers Infinity War. But of course I do feel 'show don't tell' would have been better all around. I guess now I'm overthinking it again. Sorry that's the only enjoyment I can get out of those scenes, thinking about why they weren't enjoyable.

tbh I like the way it effectively kills "the multiverse" idea that everyone expected to explain the mutants and theories of people just waltzing in and out of different realities and staying there because they saw it in an animated movie and figured "Yeah they should just do that too".
