Pardon my autism but he was nowhere near the cap when he started playing the first DLC, in fact he was underleveled both in stats and in gear. Thankfully, despite how more brutal the first Nioh was he could've just done the first base game region on NG+ and have been able to get gear that's better than what he would be able to get in the DLC and it would have been able to be more than enough to get him to where he'd need to be for the DLC, he was just too lazy to put in the extra 1-3 hours to do so.

It does raise a good argument though, if a retard like DSP can bumble his way through every FromSoftware game since Demon's Souls including Sekiro too where you can't grind and where you can't summon someone to carry your ass, as well as beating several similar games like Nioh and Nioh 2, what stops anyone else from doing the same? Especially if it's their job to do so? Especially since souls games have modular difficulty so if you're a turboautist 100% git gud elitist you can beat the game with only your fists on SL1 and if you're shitty you can grind levels on both your char and weapons until you break the wall you've hit that prompted you to grind in the first place.

But that's not really that DSP-related so I'll just leave it at that.

I'm still fuckin' puzzled on how he got through Sekiro. Even guide reading I think the game does have some skill required. Is it one of those games that gets easier the farther in you go? Because I love the Souls game and can play them with my hands tied but Sekiro I cannot get into at all.

TBH, it's not crazy, based on what I used to measure. I did mine a little differently, but depending on when they collected that data, it could have included either $3k or $6k from that overpoweredboone character, which would push the number up. That graphic seems a little suspect anyway, given that they mention DSP, timmac, and castro_1021, but only DSP is actually on the top 10 list. Seems like you would list, say, the top 3 people.

You know, I don't think I've ever commented on this, but holy fuck do I hate the sound of Phil laughing. I've never heard a more annoying laugh in my life. Seriously. Some people have a weird one, but Phil's is unbearably obnoxious. I couldn't figure out what exactly it was, until the day I saw that clip of him turning around for the Project 7 promo, and it him me: It's because he doesn't know how to laugh properly. He's so stupid that he cannot master the art of hand-eye coordination, doing a 180 turn, or even fucking laughing. Think about it. Think about all the ways in which Phil is off-putting because he doesn't understand things.

That's why he goes ACK ACK ACK. It's because he's dumb.

This one is fitting because I just remembered it and Dave kept claiming on the preschtreem today that the only reason people don't take him seriously and make fun of him on the internet is because of The Incident. It's also a bit of a cow crossover since it's the ROTC podcast. Someone donated to them asking their opinion on DSP, Royce (guy on the left) didn't know much about him but Mersh (guy on the right) gave pretty much the best short description of why Dave is so hated. He didn't even mention The Incident, it just goes to show how Dave legitimately thinks that he did nothing wrong and how him "making those funny faces" was the only reason he's a laughing stock on the internet.
