Going to a dinner at a nice restaurant downtown with a friend of mine in a few weeks (female, not girlfriend), which of these suit/shirt/tie combinations look best? The suit in all of them is the same navy blue jacket, despite the lighting.

Sounds like a double breasted jacket. second from the right if going bottom to top or it would be the first button going top to bottom.

The white shirt offers a better contrast. Every individual piece will be "more visible"

I'm going with the first, but that's largely because I don't like diagonally striped ties.

For me I'd pick a brighter-color tie (azure -- or even yellow if I'm feeling lively).

First from right makes you look slimmer. Do you like her OP because from my experience most men don't give a shot about what they wear unless they like this chick

Hard to tell from the poor light quality but I'd say 2 or 4. White shirts just scream "office-worker" to me, wearing a suit in a casual setting is an opportunity to try some different shirt combos besides white and blue.

And maybe loose the neckbeard.

Yeah I'm not a fan of white dress shirts either. They're the male version of frumpy secretary dresses. I think the first option looks nicest.

They're gray, but point taken. I have a few other ties that might go with the darker shirts too.
