Recently, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is announced to be Kojimia's final game with Konami because of how shit they treated their franchises. Silent Hill? Gone, Metal Gear Solid? About to be gone because of how disastrous Ground Zero was, well not disastrous, but not terrible.
I haven't really played any of the Metal Gear Solid franchises, I'm a really big fan of military science fiction set in more modern day settings, kind of makes it look unique and fresh.
