Back in the day I thought John K was totally badass and really cared about cartoons. Then adult cartoon party happened and I was like, "This is shit, wtf?" Then I started following his blog until I quickly came to realize he was just a sad old man who made himself "the" authority on animation. The only good thing that came out of that was being introduced to the work of other amazing artists like Katie Rice and Kali Fontecchio. It makes me sad that they all probably had to put up with his fuckery.
It's a pretty damn shame that Kricfalusi is a complete creep. I mean, we all knew he was a creep, just not how horrible a creep he could be.
It's a shame because he's a legit amazing cartoonist, probably one of the best still around, it's just that he's an egotistical creep that likes him some loli-pops!

So now that he's (officially-officially) ousted as a child rapist, there's only one thing left for him to do and that's for him to go whiz on an electric fence.
You and a lot of other people. He used the popularity of his show and his firing by Nick to pretty much make himself into an animation god/martyr, and until recently the majority of people have never realized he's full of shit. Since APC the mythology around him has died out, and this was the finishing blow.
He was a great cartoonist but when it came to story, well, when he got full creative control on something and didn't have half of the people on the original R&S/network censorship to rein him in it led to incredibly shitty stuff.
John Krispykremeski should just do animated porn. No story, just hardcore brutal fucking that will make Japanese hentai look like Disney cartoons.
Rocko's Modern Life was much more entertaining with how it knew when to be in your face and when to be subtle. Ren & Stimpy just came across as absurdist shock humor that gets old after a while. There's a way to do that style, but other things have done it better.
He kind of did in Adult Party Cartoon. He drew Ren sticking his fingers into Stimpy's asshole;
As part of a tiny minority that liked Adult Party Cartoon and isn't a diehard traditionalist animator kind of guy. I'll give some leeway in regards to certain elements of APC.
He claimed that the network wanted to push the adult angle really hard and he gave in.
He also claimed that the network demanded episodes be 22 minutes long. How that accounts for the episodes Stimpy's Pregnant being 28 minutes and the Altruists episode being 39 minutes is anyone's guess. Most Ren & Stimpy episodes were just 11 minutes long so the new format did mean stretching out an episode and the timing was fucked.
But who knows if this is true or not? I know that the WWE had problems with Spike/TNN/Paramount Network when they had Raw on there and the network wanted to change a lot of things and make it "edgier."

I'm actually genuinely upset by this. I adore his work, I mean he did chat a fair amount of shit too, and the Kickstarter thing was scummy, but as an artist I learned so much from him. Such a waste of talent.
I hope they throw the book at him.

Because if he did try to be like the looney tunes, he kinda failed miserably, and in the end, just seemed to rely on shock/toilet humor from these clips on this thread.
It seems that he doesn't really understand what made Looney Tunes fun to watch to begin with, despite being a huge fan. In fact, Tiny Toons and Animaniacs (which we all know he hates for petty reasons), did understand the appeal of Looney Tunes.

More or less, specifically the Bob Clampett shorts being a huge fan and all. The problem is that not even Clampett was like that.
If he hated Animaniacs and Tiny Toons cause they didn't emulate looney Toons, that's kinda fucked, since 1. Both were owned by Warner Bros. (Looney Toons IP holder) and 2. Regularly had cameos from Looney Toons characters (Hell, they were THE TEACHERS in tiny Toons.) both cartoons were also regularly broadcast on the same network in the 90's he was so close to getting Senpais attention, but failed by getting jealous of Senpais little sisters
