Pretty sure he is talking about the social issues that having easy access to porn causes over the social issues opioids cause. Neither are really good for society or "on a systemic level" as he puts it. The funny part is the person he quoted saying how they are "quite interested" in widespread availability of pornography and its effects on society. I appreciate the strategy of pointing out the stupidity of the very game your enemies are playing and winning by showing them they also suck at the game.
