Yesterday, Mike cried about his sped out on twitter, was streaming and complained he spent all last night screaming, while bemoaning his sugar daddy not streaming Mike then said "I should have listened to Hasan, he told me not to debate bad faith actors, that's his public position" but very interestingly, me as somebody who have never watched Hasan knows him better than Mike does, Hasan's public position is "I don't debate", Hasan refuses to engage in any debates good or bad because there's too much risk, so he plays commie e-bf instead. I only know this because I watched Destiny and found this out plus I've looked for Hasan debates in the past.

That's a nice way of putting it. When Hasan first entered the scene he was very interested in debates, the problem was that he was so bad at it that he would constantly just get angry and run to Destiny for support. Then Destiny got tired of the commies who rallied behind him and Hasan found himself on having to debate Destiny instead, with predictable results:

I think that was when he decided to stop debating. It also helps that he really doesn't need to do it anymore since his audience is so big now that he neither need the attention nor feel the need to engage with all the much smaller content creators. I have to assume he's better debating now though, after spending every day streaming and talking to his audience for such a long time. That being said, I would also think that after getting rich streaming he's not such a principled commie anymore.
