Five-year jail sentence for passing on sexually transmitted disease​

People who recklessly infect their partner with a sexually transmitted disease could soon be jailed for up to five years.

Those who do not warn their lover they have chlamydia, syphilis or herpes will be targeted under proposals from the Crown Prosecution Service.
The crack down, due to be unveiled by Director of Public Prosecutions Sir Ken Macdonald next month, will also focus on hepatitis, gonorrhea and other sexual infections, in addition to those who transmit the HIV/Aids virus.

But the CPS, in a consulation document published last year, said action was needed against people who fail to give a proper warning of their condition before having sex.

It will significantly increase the numbers charged with the offence of reclessly transmitting a sexual disease, as the CPS currently concentrates on bringing cases against those who pass on HIV/Aids.

Before a prosecution is mounted, the CPS will have to assess whether a person knew about their infection, their knowledge about its potential impact and whether they told their lover.

Cases where a person knows of their infection but fails to reveal it, leading to their partner contracting the disease, are likely to be classed as examples of "reckless" transmission that can be prosecuted.

The charge in these cases will be one of inflicting grievous bodily harm - an offence which carries a maximum penalty of five years in jail for each person infected.
In more serious cases, where there is clear evidence that transmission was intentional, a more severe charge carrying a maximum life sentence could be brought.

But the difficulty of legally proving deliberate transmission means that most offenders are likely to be prosecuted on the lesser charge.
It will not be a defence to argue that a victim who has unprotected sex should have been aware of the risk of infection.
Instead, the onus will be on the infected person to make clear the danger before sex occurs.

A person will not be exempt from prosecution if they wear a condom but do not inform their partner they have an infection - particularly if it was not used properly throughout the sexual encounter.

However, proper use of a condom will be a factor in deciding the seriousness of the offence and whether to bring a case.
Offenders will also be brought to trial even when their victim declines to testify, as long as it is judged to be in the public interest by preventing any future lovers being infected.

All that will be required in such cases will be medical evidence that the infection has been passed on, and proof that the accused person recklessly or deliberately failed to tell their partner about it.

Looks like all of the victims concerned should contact the English police and tell them a crime has been commited. Because the victims do not have to be publickly identified, according to this Daily Mail article. Given that Colin's testimony here makes no sense in the context of what LF says in her texts, it looks like Colin is lying, and is counting on his fanbase being too dumb to leave the YouTube plantation to look for more information.. He is counting on his audience being naive and low-info, and to emotionally manipulate them with clever framing and wordplay. In that sense he is no different than the New York Times or CNN. But he obviously thinks he is now safe from the women calling the police.

It seems like a lot of people are really struggling to believe that a woman would want to fuck Woes without some sort of crazy internet mind control.

And to top it all off, he was pulling a George Costanza. High social proof & status in a small pond, yet VERY approachable and seemingly achievable. He would talk very passionately about his big plans (despite not actually achieving the basics.

I'm not denying they slept with the guy, nor that they would want to. They probably did, there's no shortage of alt right thots that'll jump on your dick if you waver the slightest flag in front of them that says they might benefit from it. But they still deserve to know if you've got STI's before they fuck you, same as if the woman had diseases Woes should have been told about it.

So to sum it up.
1. It was physically forced/coerced rug munching, not penetrative penis in vagina.
2. Woes claims he was engaged in dominance/submission play without setting up any safe words or prior discussion of boundaries. It is normally a good idea to make sure your partner is up for such play. Otherwise it just turns into a sexual assault.

4. She was initially into Woes.
5. According to her last few texts she might have all let this slide if this had turned into a real relationship, but it didn't. It turned out this was just a one night stand and Woes had a girlfriend.
6. The woman in question isn't one of the already known cast of characters.

All really fucked up. Woes is a piece of shit. She probably would have been into it had Woes just taken everything much slower and read her cues.

So BOTH these two things are true.
1. Woes forced oral sex on this woman.
2. She would have let it slide if it had turned into a relationship.

The key bits of lore are on the earlier pages of the thread - lil_fruhling's texts, Colin's text to Lucy and the Phantom stream with Lucy and Michael, people who were close IRL friends and who documented his perversions. Now that video is gone from Youtube, due to PO's channel being nuked.

HMMMMMM is all I can say.

I'll try to remember as much as I can that was on that video.

Lucy decides to speak her mind about what she thinks of Colin after she remembers that he had secretly recorded private conversations between the two of them, conversations in which she was talking about personal matters, and he then passed the recordings around to third parties WITHOUT HER CONSENT. Remembering what a shitty thing this was to do, she starts talking openly. This anecdote is a reminder to people that Colin, as a narc, has no understanding of consent, because he only cares about his own needs, and as such is a very dangerous person to confide in. As he is a CONTROL freak - everything will be recorded and filed away, to be used if needed on a future occassion. It is why I believe so few women have posted incriminating stuff from him, because they fear the blowback. The original texts from lil_fruhling reveal that he was trying to intimidate her with threats of police action. (Reminder that he also copyright struck PO's channel in a bid to control the narrative about himself.)

Lucy also reveals that Colin admited to her that he had an STD, which he said he got from an ex-girlfriend. He didn't say more than that.

Michael also revealed that because he was into Asian woman, Colin would continually text him pornographic pics of white women, unsolicited. Colin also wrote some kind of racial domination fanfic thing, where the other raced women are slaves.

Lucy/Michael reveal that Colin was sending unsolicited dick pics to 'trad' girls online, and asking to see photos of their vaginas, and asking about their pubic hair arrangements. It was probably the reports of behavior like this that led to Martin Sellner giving a firm "NEIN!" to Colin coming to his wedding.

Lucy reveals that she woke up one morning to find a text from Colin, written about 3am, which said something also the lines of "I bet you get nervous when your boyfriend goes down on you, don't you?" The text had come out of the blue and was totally inappropriate, but absolutely fits with the narc having zero boundaries with other people.

Yes, it is fucked up - that's the old story of domestic abuse. Go to any municipal park on a Saturday afternoon and you'll find what appears to be a happy young family, the father buying his wife and child ice-cream, the wife smiling as she wears sunglasses, to hide her black eye from the night before. Because he has apologized profusely and it will never happen again, and he is otherwise such a good husband and father. It's the Jekyll and Hyde thing - when he's good, he's so good that it makes it almost possible to believe that he will never be bad again. And she puts up with the bad times, because he makes up for it afterwards and makes her believe that it's not a pattern of behavior.

And set to wondering if she had imagined the assault that had taken place the night before. I've not seen the evidence, but apparently she is referring to a post in this thread that I've not read yet.

Yes, she is. She told a rather grim story at the first PA event about the time she was assigned to visit a home where an honor killing took place and how it changed her perspective on Islam and inspired her to work with Tommy Robinson until she found out he was a fraud and moved on to PA. She recently quit her activism after a sudden attitude change and vowed to quit social media, but she returned for a bit just to address this because she's always been an activism for exposing sexual abuse/exploitation.

As to Dionne's video, I believe she has one fact wrong. The dick picture we see here in this thread is the one that Woes sent to a anti-nationalist guy in an attempt to troll back on his trolling on the gay-chicken question. That was not a picture sent to another woman. By all means show me proof of any other incident.

Dionne may want people to behave a certain way. Half a year of only allegations and zero details or proof to anyone. Now that receipts have finally been provided, people just don't care anymore. They have just given up on caring. I would be surprised if no one bothered to read her emails. Too much drama, too little information.

If anyone wants to try and make a case to all of these people as to why they should not associate with Woes, that image in the post I linked above is 100% your best chance. But don't expect them to bother reading through. Just try telling people that the image contains all of facts of the case.

That said, given that the woman in this case didn't decide this was a big deal until AFTER she found out that Woes had a girlfriend & there was no hope for a relationship and he stopped being all flirty & attentive to him. I really don't know why everyone else needs to take a hard stance & care.

In my own eyes, Woes has moved from someone I just don't care about, to a disgusting piece of shit. But I guess that is what really gives women the tingles these days. If it wasn't for the whole herpes thing, I bet there would be several more women dying to jump in his sack after reading those texts. Cast a wide enough net and you have women dying to be with Charles Manson & convicted cannibals.

I tried watching more of millenyule and it's just so fucking dull. He has people on that are way more interesting than him and keeps interjecting stupid fucking statements that make the guests pause, digest his tardism and then try and work through his dumb fucking questions.

Yeah, it's really hard to make an appearance by Devon Stack boring, but Colin managed to do so somehow. The streams consist of Colin asking vague questions about 2020 and with the American guests he'll add in some election questions but that's about it Also he didn't even know Devon's name and called him "Black Pilled" the whole time, which nobody who knows Black Pilled would do since he ends every video with "I'm Devon Stack with Black Pilled". I guess Colin seems like an outsider asking questions about ideas that he's not all that invested in. Like the questions he asks are the kinds of questions you would ask if you were mostly unfamiliar with the people you were talking to and didn't do your research. It's sorta reminiscent of the Ethan Ralph's Killstream in that he doesn't give a shit about conducting a proper interview and clearly just winged it.

Devon Stack was a bad interview, I like him. Traditional Britain group was shit as well. Dankula was meh.

He's trying so hard to ride on the coattails of his guests and he's just shit. I can't remember if the last millenyule was this bad.
