They are smart enough to hide their nature from normies and have even successfully convinced them that they could never ever be one because they don't fit the dumb pedo trope.

The sad fact that the majority of people also don't know, is that if a child testifies against sex abuse against one of the intelligent type pedos who gets caught, they usually almost always get a non guilty verdict. A child does not do well at testimony and can easily be manipulated on stand. The pedo can also easily emotionally manipulate the jury.

But the majority of people will refuse to acknowledge it or think about this because it's too hard. It breaks their brains too much to fathom. It makes you see everyone differently.

I don't think the majority of pedos are particularly intelligent or good at not getting caught. I think they're cruel idiots who only get away with it because of the negligence or apathy of law enforcement. Most pedophiles who don't get caught are the ones who do it to their own children and die of old age before the abuse is exposed. A lot of people shrug and say "what goes on in a private home is their business" not realizing that a child is being exploited in a horrible way. They're not "intelligent" or "cunning" like a movie serial killer, they just surround themselves with a circle of enablers. They find vulnerable people and leech off them, that's how they survive.

In cases of powerful people who fuck kids, they usually leave a glaring trail behind and often eventually get caught or at least have the accusations come out in public. If they die before they get caught, all of their evil shit is immediately exposed by people who have no reason to protect them anymore.

Some European countries have a system whereby pedophiles essentially report themselves to the state for access to therapy, the state imposes certain restrictions on their living situation and audits their behavior; this is broadly the most workable solution to this problem in the practical world (as calls to vigilantism herald nothing more than the microwave buzz of a TV dinner).
