As fucked up as it is I bet their cases get ACD'd with no record. Their family's relationship with a Surrey Judge is why they have never been charged before, it just became over the top when JY doxxed the ofc's wife and daughter.

The only remaining provision was if they obtained citizenship by fraud

So, no, and soundly no, the Canadian Citizenship of the Miriam and Iliana Yaniv cannot, under any circumstances, be revoked. Once Canadian citizenship is granted, one is a Canadian Citizen, full stop.

In Canada, Judges do not lay charges. The Crown lays charges independent of the Justices.

Further, if a Judge has a relationship with someone appearing before their court, the Judge is required to recuse themselves. Failure to do so would be an automatic mistrial and result in the Justice facing serious censure.

Knowing a judge is not of value in our judicial system, save for knowing which judges have a proclivity for stern sentences, and avoiding them.
