My favorite donuts from Mister Donut’s is Pon De Ring Strawberry, Custard Cream, and Old Fashion.

I didn't know until I looked at Wikipedia just now that Mister Donut started in the United States. The American Mister Donut chain almost entirely disappeared after being bought out by Dunkin' Donuts in 1990. A handful of former Mister Donut stores became Donut Connection and one sole American Mister Donut is still operating today under "Mister Donut" banner in Godfrey, Illinois.

Sweet potatoes are all the rage where I’m at so I’ve been really obsessed with the sweet potato donuts from MisDo, as well as the sweet potato balls from A&W.

I cannot fucking stand to dine in though. I don’t know if it’s just the one location since I haven’t been to a different one yet, but it has the 15 second “Mister Donuts!” jingle on loop the whole time you’re eating, it drives you out of your mind after a couple minutes and makes you walk out of there mumbling it under your breath like a madman.
