And because he rocked him, people won't shut up how he "actually won" or how "if this was a street fight Nate would have won" (I'm not making either of those up either), ignoring him getting ripped apart for the previous 24 or so minutes. Diaz fans are, alongside Conor fans, the absolute worst.
Nate won the story. He almost always does. Leon meanwhile loses the story every single time. Man must be cursed.
Easy to win the story when his fans keep changing the goal posts. From "if this was a street fight he would have won because no ref would be there to stop him" to "actually he doesn't care about winning which is why he taunted instead of going for the win" to "he got a cut a month ago and he couldn't get going, even though his biggest complaint is that he never gets the chance to get going. Anything to give Nate the mental win. He is simultaneously the biggest fight and the realest motherfucker out there while also a complete bum not worthy of fighting a top 5 guy.
Did he even stick to the gameplan? His corner was telling him that he was down and needed to pressure more and he wasted time arguing that he won. The guy thinks he won that obvious 5-0.
