I heard that if you want to work at Amazon, you need good running skills. I remember seeing a facility, and it was huge. Apparently a close relative of mine told me that the entire interior was the size of a football field and that you needed to be on your feet at all times.

I also remember catching commercials that Amazon made about how everything was happy and peaceful there and that everyone was devoted to "improving the world to be a better place". Amazing to know what PR does for them, considering how I heard that they pay you fucking peanuts and conditions were abysmal.

I also boycotted Amazon years ago. Don't fucking miss it one bit.

Fuck you I'm posting my song again

Wagie wagie
stressed from cagie
going mad from grinding daily
knowing this will be your doom
come to Mindful Practice Room
Fan will blowie
company spokey
Zenbooth now be mandatory
sit and pray while song do play
Mindful practice room is gay
live in pod and
listen to same band
toilet paper made out of sand
Wagie know it could be worse
Such is life with wagie's curse
Alarm rings loudly
Stanidng proudly
Wagie goes to work devoutly
While NEETS laugh and play at home
Wagie works for scraps and bones

Worked at a similar distribution centre once, it's was a pretty chill job once you got used to the amount of walking.

My two complaints were the shift length 12 hours a day with one 30 minute break but the biggest problem was the fucking co-workers, I have never encountered a larger assortment of dumb and lazy fuckers in my life they were the driving force of me quitting. Which is why I have zero sympathy for people whining about Amazon "slave" conditions.

That's really the problem. I never worked for Amazon but I worked on a couple loading docks. Fed Ex wasn't too bad, it was mostly typical guy stuff so you were fine provided you had thick skin. The others though...Holy shit were people assholes. The long hours ground you down then you had these dickheads who blamed everyone that wasn't them.
