Monica Rial is a voice actor (VA) for Funimation and one of the main accusers against Vic Mignogna. She likes to get people she doesn't like kicked out of events even when said events have contracts with said individuals.
KAMEHACON
KamehaCon (KC) is a convention that invited and later dis-invited Vic because of pressure from Monica, Soye and other Funimation VAs.

After tons of fan-demand, Vic was to be re-invited and an announcement was supposed to be published on Tuesday March 19 2019. The day ended with no announcement and it led to an amazing livestream detailing the on-goings behind the scenes by Nick Rekieta:
According to Nick, Monica and Chris Sabat, lovingly nicknamed "Rial Sabatage", allegedly were threatening to the con owner that they (and other Funimation VAs) would walk out of the con if Vic was re-invited, they allegedly harassed the con owner over texts for 3 hours.
All these attempts failed and Vic was invited back to KC on March 22 2019:

And shockingly a few Funimation VAs started dropping from KamehaCon as well, almost like the allegations Nick made were right on point. She would later state that she wouldn't be attending due to "safety concerns" and would instead do a small signing event near KC.

Something to note, Nick managed to get his hands on a template of a Con Guest Contract and discussed how not only was Monica trying to interfere with Vic's contract, she would be breaking hers if she walked out. She would also be breaking her contract by having an event near KC during the convention. Her threatening to have others walk out with her in solidarity is yet another count of TI. That's >3 counts of TI on just one con.
Unfortunately, KC most likely just wants to get through the Con without making it a bigger shit show than it already is and has decided to cuck out and even promoted their event.

ZEKAIKON
At Zenkaikon (ZK) she had Todd Habekorn (who also lawyered up with the firm as Vic) thrown out of a panel because of more "safety concerns". She later went on to say that she asked for herself to removed from the panel and that Todd's contract stated that he could only do 1 panel.

There was an attempt at a Gay Op at Pensacon, a very interesting Con run by very interesting individuals, involving Monica kicking out an Edward Elric (one of Vic's most popular characters) cosplayer:
