Both me and a few other people on here backed this game, which has about 11-12 hours left.

Think of it as a homage to all of the monster collecting games that were for the GBC in the late 90's/early 2000's, and not just Pokemon(the breeding system is a lot closer to what you would see in Dragon Warrior Monsters)

While I know that it's bad to get excited for a crowdfunded indie title after things like Mighty Number 9 and Yooka-Laylee, $10 for the full game isn't that big of a risk/money pit.

I'll keep an eye on it, but I won't back it because I've been burned before.

If you're looking for a retroclone of Dragon Warrior Monsters between now and whenever this releases I'd recommend Siralim 2.

Not sure what I was expecting when I saw GBC inspired, but an art style that's a perfect recreation of its pixel art style was not what I was expecting. However this looks pretty neat, and hey, more games that let you walk aside your monster is always appreciated.

It's pretty neat going by the demo, but it isn't without a lot of problems.

They're problems pretty much everyone is pointing out though, so I'm hoping they'll be fixed.

The fox-raccoon is pretty ok to start with, the whale is bulky but kind of useless.

I've not tried the blob, the flying snake or the dragon minotaur though.

So will this be strictly for pc, or mobile as well? It looks interesting, and as you mentioned, 10$ isn’t bad at all. It really reminds me of dragon hunter monsters, which I played the shit out of as a kid (when I was feeling kind of burnt out on Pokémon).

There's 60 minutes to go too - despite the issues I mentioned, I like the game and I like what they have planned for it- plus it's only $10.
