Well, considering Phil is extremely unhealthy and suffering from AIDS, diabeetus, and staph infections, he can't have much time left anyway. His health will continue to deteriorate as long as he continues his lifestyle. Phil's also highly unstable, so there's a good chance he can end up in a very dangerous situation.
